Tofu Whipped Cream

Diet Type: Low Fat

Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1 teaspoon orange zest
  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1/2 pound soft tofu
  1/4 cup maple syrup
 
Directions:

Drain tofu and place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled.
