Easy Cardio at Home

Cardio workouts are an effective and convenient way to lose weight, prevent cardiovascular diseases, and feel great physically and mentally. It’s easier than you think to get a quick cardio workout in, and you can do all of these exercises in the comfort of your home!

Per the 2008 Physical Activity Guidelines, adults should complete at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise per week. Pick an activity listed above and complete it for 30 minutes, 5 days per week. You’ll feel and look better, and your heart will thank you later!
